We build our heating elements with selected raw materials including grade-A magnesium oxide insulation, high-grade resistance wires, and heavy wall tubing (Stainless Steel, Copper, Incoloy). Every element undergoes high-voltage testing, insulation resistance checks, and leakage tests before dispatch.
We combine products for you individually to a package that matches your operational environment, budget, and temperature specifications. Our target is to help industrial clients achieve rapid cost amortization through high energy efficiency and minimized machine downtime.
Over the years, Heat Tech Corporation has systematically refined its range of products, spanning industrial heaters, thermocouples, temperature controllers, and cooling fans. We focus on providing integrated thermal solutions rather than isolated components, giving you complete heat control setups.
To ensure zero failures in demanding manufacturing lines, each heating element manufactured by Heat Tech Corporation passes through a series of strict quality checks at different production phases:
High-Voltage (HV) Flashover Test is performed at up to 1.5KV or 2KV (depending on elements specification) to ensure the electrical insulation is completely intact under load surges.
Insulation Resistance (IR) testing is carried out using precise Megohmmeters to guarantee high resistivity values, eliminating risks of short circuits or shocks.
Using digital micrometers, calipers, and template checkers, we inspect exact tube lengths, fin spacing, bend profiles, and mounting flange alignments.
Immersion heaters undergo hydrostatic pressure testing to verify weld and brazing integrity, guaranteeing leak-free operation in water, chemical, and oil tanks.
The lifespan of a heating element depends directly on the components used. At Heat Tech Corporation, we use only high-grade materials sourced from trusted national and international vendors:
We use premium **NiCr 80/20** heating resistance wires. This alloy offers high resistivity, excellent oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures, and minimal thermal expansion, ensuring constant heating output.
For electrical insulation and rapid heat transfer from coil to sheath, we use **Grade-A high-purity MgO powder**, compacted under heavy tonnage to eliminate air gaps and moisture.
Based on user media, we sheath our heaters using:
• **SS 304 / SS 316L / SS 321** for general water, air, and acid heating.
• **Incoloy 800 / 840** for high-load air ducts and extreme temperatures.
• **Titanium & Quartz Silica** for corrosive chemical plating baths.
